  • Solid Content @135°C for 1 Hr : 52 ± 1 %
  • pH @ 20°C : 7.5 – 8.5
  • Density @ 20°C : 1.170 ± 0.05 gm/cm3
  • Viscosity @ 20 ºC : 15 – 20 mPa.s
  • B-Time @130°C : 10 – 14 Minutes
  • Dilutability : 1 : 20 Vol/Vol
  • Formaldehyde Content : 5 – 7 %
  • Free Phenol Content : 1.5 % Max.

Major Applications

  • Resol resin as “single stage” or “one –step” type product.
  • Excellent binders for abrasive materials, temperature and steam resistant lining materials. 
  • Advanced composites, conventional composites, molding materials, rubber reinforcing, refractory, foundary, adhesives, coatings, friction elements, polymer concrete.
  • Insulation foam, floral foam, mineral and glass wool binding, electrical insulation.

Packing

  • 1000 Lit IBC and 220 Lit HDPE Drums

Storage

  • Store in its original bags in a cool place protected from heat. 
  • Care should be taken that powder does not absorb moisture and water. 
  • Storage life at 5°C: 2 months.
